HTML Kiosk

Privacy

Last updated 21 October 2026

HTML Kiosk has no accounts, no tracking and no analytics. There is nothing to sign up for, and the little the server holds is listed below in full.

What stays on your phone

Your prototypes. Every file your AI sends is stored on your iPhone, with every version, and HTML Kiosk removes the server copy once your phone acknowledges receipt. Your AI provider may retain its own copy under its policies. Deleting a prototype in the app deletes it from the phone.

What the server holds, and for how long

The server is a mailbox. When your AI sends a prototype it waits there until your phone collects it — usually seconds — and is deleted as soon as it has. A prototype no phone ever collects expires after 7 days and is removed by the server’s expiry sweep.

After collection the server keeps a row with the prototype's name, its version number, its size in bytes and the time it was sent — what it needs to number the next version and to put the queue in order. Not the file, and not a line of its contents.

It also records the name of each AI app that connects to your link, with the time it last did — at most the five most recent, such as "Claude" or "ChatGPT" — so the app can tell you the link is working. We do not request your conversation or prompts. Any text included in a prototype is part of the HTML file sent to the server.

Your link

Your link is your identity — a secret address your AI sends to. The server creates it when the app first connects, and the app stores it in the iOS Keychain. Using the app requires no email address, password or profile. Resetting the link in Settings makes the old one stop working at once.

No analytics or advertising. The app and website have no analytics or advertising trackers. Cloudflare hosts the website and the delivery service and processes network requests to operate them. Apple handles app distribution and payments. Your chosen AI provider has its own privacy policy.

Payments

Pro is an App Store subscription. Apple handles the payment and tells the app only whether a subscription is active — the server is never told who paid, and we never see your payment details.

Prototypes open in a sandbox

A prototype is HTML your AI wrote, and the app shows it in a sandboxed web view that cannot reach the rest of the app or your phone. A prototype can load fonts or libraries from the internet if its author wrote it that way; links open in Safari.

Email and early-access requests

If you email support or request access, we receive your email address and the information you send. We use them to reply and handle your request. Never include your secret connector link.

Children

HTML Kiosk is a developer tool and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
